User Agreement (BETA)

As part of your participation in the BETA version of P.L.A.Y. Alchemy, you agree to submit a video testimonial of you speaking, honestly, about your experience in the program. You acknowledge that the content of your video submission, including yozur voice, words, image, and/or likeness, will be used by P.L.A.Y. Alchemy as promotional material.
